Megan Fritz, PhD, has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Megan is currently working as a Lead UX Researcher at Chief. Previously, they worked at BetterUp as a Senior People Scientist, where they developed interventions and conducted research to improve well-being and personal growth. Megan also served as a People Scientist at BetterUp. Prior to that, Megan was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh, researching cardiovascular behavioral medicine. Megan also worked as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of California, Riverside, focusing on positive activities and well-being. Before that, they were a Clinic Therapist at the Health, Eating, and Wellness Program, where they treated clients with obesity and chronic pain. Megan's earlier work experience includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at the Health Behavior Research Lab, where they conducted research and provided treatment for chronic pain and obesity.

Megan Fritz, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Drexel University in 2010. Megan then pursued a Master's Degree in Health/Medical Psychology at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia from 2011 to 2013. Megan completed their education journey by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Psychology from the University of California, Riverside from 2014 to 2019.
