Patricia Zabita

Patricia Zabita is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since April 2024, Patricia also founded PAZ Consulting, LLC in January 2022, focusing on developing tailored people strategies that align with organizational objectives. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Galil Industries and Chief People and Culture Officer at NYC Alliance. Patricia has held senior human resources roles at Kellwood Company, KIKO MAKE UP MILANO, INTERMIX, Phillips Van Heusen, Elie Tahari, and ADP. Patricia holds a degree from Saint Elizabeth University.
