Rima Campbell

Rima Campbell is an experienced professional in user experience and research, currently serving as the Chief Member. Previously held the position of VP of Experience Research & Strategy at UserTesting and VP of UX Research Partner at UserZoom, now part of UserTesting. Rima Campbell has also worked at Citi, where roles included SVP User Experience Team Manager for FinTech, SVP of the Global User Research Center of Excellence, and VP of User Research and Usability Manager. Additionally, Rima Campbell was the business owner of Royal Food Store. Rima Campbell holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Damascus University of Business and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Design and Applied Arts from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
