Samantha Ku

Samantha Ku serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Square Financial Services, overseeing operations for Square's FDIC insured bank and actively participating in the Risk Committee and Technology Steering Committee. Prior experience includes leading operations, portfolio risk, and customer success for Square Capital, where Samantha built and managed teams scaling to over 100 employees across multiple locations. Additionally, Samantha is a member of Chief, a network focused on empowering senior women leaders. Previous roles include positions at First Republic Bank, Wells Fargo, and Citi in private banking and middle market lending. Samantha holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
