Haiyi Guan

Haiyi Guan has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2016, Haiyi worked as a Brand Representative for Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they were responsible for store opening preparation, in-store display, warehouse management, and customer reception. In 2019, they joined Prudential Hong Kong as a CStar Agency, leading a team to design securities for major clients. Haiyi also worked as a Brand Assistant at Frigid.org, where they used digital marketing tools to promote products, developed strategies to increase brand presence on social media, and created events for advertising. In 2020, Haiyi joined L'Oréal as an E-commerce specialist, where they designed interactive activities for Chinese Black Friday, built relationships with customers, and solved customer problems. Currently, they are a Marketing Specialist at Chihuo Inc, starting in 2023.
