Suzette Hatch Smith

Suzette Hatch Smith has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on consulting and management. Suzette currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Child Care Council, Inc., where they previously served as a Human Resource Consultant. Prior to that, Suzette worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for their own business, The Innerview Coach, where they provided interview coaching and consultation services. Suzette has also held leadership roles in companies such as Progressive Implantology & Periodontics, Love Beets Production, LLC, Diamond Packaging, Surmotech, Inc., and Toshiba Business Solutions. In addition, they have served on the board of directors for the National Human Resource Association, Rochester Affiliate.

Suzette Hatch Smith earned a Certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from Cornell University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Roberts Wesleyan University where they studied Psychology. Suzette completed their high school education at Gates Chili High School.
