Rachel Rosenberg Ph.d.

Rachel Rosenberg, Ph.D., M.S.W, is a Senior Research Scientist at Child Trends, a position held since October 2017, following roles as Research Scientist II and Research Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University from August 2014 to January 2018, and as a Community Evaluation Project Intern at United Way of the Bluegrass from May 2013 to July 2014. Early career experience encompasses an internship at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts and an internship with the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the Office of Demand Reduction. Rachel Rosenberg earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Social Work in Community and Social Development from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Kentucky University.
