Courtney Echols has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Courtney started their career as the Director of Alumni Affairs at Pepperdine University School of Law from September 2009 to June 2011. Later, they worked as the Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Texas at Dallas from September 2011 to March 2016. Courtney then transitioned to the fitness industry, becoming an Instructor at Cowboys Fit from May 2017 to October 2021. Simultaneously, they were also an Engagement Manager and Special Events Manager at My Possibilities from January 2017 to October 2021. In 2016, they worked as an Instructor at The Barre Code, and from March 2016 to January 2017, they were the General Manager at CycleBar. Courtney currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County, starting in October 2021.
Courtney Echols began their education with a Bachelor's degree in History from UC San Diego, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Courtney then pursued a JD (Juris Doctor) degree in Law from Pepperdine Law, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Courtney also obtained a non-profit management certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they earned a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise in January 2016.
