Palliative Care Chaplain at Children's Clinics

Corey Gilchrist is a dedicated palliative care chaplain with extensive experience in spiritual care across various healthcare settings. Currently serving at Children's Clinics since September 2016, Corey previously held roles as Assistant Director of Patient & Family Support Services at Agape Hospice & Palliative Care and as a hospice chaplain at Haven Hospice. Corey's background also includes being a chaplain at Carondelet Health Network, where leadership in the Clinical Ethics Committee was demonstrated, and experience in counseling at Northwest University. Following early roles at UW Medicine and The University of Arizona Health Network, Corey's education includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from The University of Arizona. Corey is a board-certified chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC).
