Jaiyé A. K.

Jaiyé A. K. is an experienced education professional with a strong background in instructional coaching, program development, and educator training. Currently serving as the Training Initiatives Manager at the Children's Defense Fund, Jaiyé manages strategic partnerships and facilitates professional learning based on CDF Freedom Schools' principles. As the Founder and Director of Programs at Moonstone Education, Jaiyé developed leadership and career education initiatives while handling program performance metrics. Additional roles include Fellowship Coach at 4.0, Teaching Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, and Professional Learning Specialist at Amplify. Jaiyé holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Howard University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University, and several certificates in social innovation design and women's entrepreneurship.
