Haley Precia

Haley Precia is an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional with a robust background in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relations. Currently serving as Sourcing Manager at Children's Wisconsin since June 2022, Haley previously held the roles of Commodity Manager at Regal Rexnord and various positions at Rexnord, where responsibilities included overseeing planning and purchasing functions, cultivating supplier alliances, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Strategic Purchasing Internship at Aptar, coupled with roles in customer service and production across several organizations. Haley holds a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
