Josceylon Buchs

Josceylon Buchs has a extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as an HR Coordinator at Select Specialty Hospital in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an HR Training/Development Coordinator and later as an HR Director/Manager at Select Medical Corporation, overseeing HR responsibilities in 23 hospitals across multiple states. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an HR Manager at PennState Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital, responsible for various HR functions. Following that, they joined Select Medical as a Regional HR Director from 2011 to 2015. They then held the position of Vice President of Human Resources Operations from 2015 to 2021, and currently serve as the VP of Talent Development at Select Medical.

Josceylon Buchs obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 1996-1998. Following that, from 1999-2002, they pursued a Teaching Certification in Elementary Education and Teaching at Wilson College. More recently, from 2018-2020, Josceylon completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Leadership at Messiah University.
