Mark Rakowski

Mark Rakowski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in managed care and community health. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Children's Wisconsin since October 2022, Rakowski has held multiple high-level positions at Chorus Community Health Plans since August 2012, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President. Prior to this, Rakowski was the Executive Director at Children's Community Health Plan from February 2006 to August 2012 and served as Director of Managed Care at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin from October 1999 to November 2010. Additionally, Rakowski has managerial experience from Aurora Health Care and Blue Cross & Blue Shield United of Wisconsin. Mark Rakowski holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
