Randi MacKowiak

Randi Mackowiak is an experienced HR professional with a focus on strategic business partnership. Randi is currently the Director of HR Business Partners at CHOC Children's, where they lead a team in developing and implementing comprehensive people strategies. Prior to this, Randi served as the Human Resources Director at Experian, where they managed HR and organizational development functions for executives with a revenue of approximately $1 billion. Randi also worked as the Director of HR at Fuscoe Engineering, overseeing HR programs and providing consultative support. In addition, Randi held the position of Vice President at Washington Mutual, managing HR and organizational development for executives of a fortune 500 company. Randi'sexperience also includes a role as a Human Resources Program Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage. Throughout their career, Randi has demonstrated expertise in performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.

Randi Mackowiak, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in the period between 1993 and 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) from Implementation Management Associates (IMA), achieved in 2021. Randi also holds certifications such as the SHRM-SCP from SHRM obtained in March 2015, Lominger Competencies and Succession Planning from Lominger International achieved in 2005, Flawless Consulting from DesignedLearning CPH obtained in 2003, and finally the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, acquired in November 2001.
