Gina Griffin, FACHE has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Gina currently holds the position of Vice President, Operations at Children's Health, where they have been since April 2022. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Ancillary Services from January 2021 to July 2022, and as a Director from October 2019 to January 2021 at the same institution.
Prior to their current role, Gina worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for 18 years. During their time there, they held various leadership positions, including Director of Radiology and Sedation Services from April 2015 to October 2019, Radiology Manager from August 2011 to April 2015, and Nuclear Medicine Team Lead from July 2001 to August 2011.
Before joining Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Gina worked at Precision Cardiology as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Office Manager from January 1996 to January 2001, and at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist from November 1994 to January 2001.
Gina Griffin, FACHE, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Capella University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Nuclear Medicine Certification from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1992-1993 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Keuka College in 1988-1992. Gina also holds the CNMT certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), obtained in 1993.
