Jonathan Campanello has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan began their career as a Junior Analyst at Random House in 2009, where they monitored websites and company servers. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at Random House, handling calls from domestic and international accounts.
From 2011 to 2011, Jonathan worked as a Technical Support Agent at Concentrix, providing daily support for customers' technical issues with software. Jonathan then transitioned to Jos. A. Currently, Jonathan is employed at Bioscape Digital as a Strategic Account Manager. Jonathan manages customer accounts across multiple states and hospitals, providing virtual and hands-on support for a tablet-based patient experience platform. Jonathan also collects and reviews monthly data reported by facilities.
Jonathan Campanello earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Rasmussen University in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute of the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2014, where they received certification as an Emergency Medical Technician-B in the field of Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). In 2009, Jonathan attended Carroll Community College, focusing on General Studies. Jonathan completed their high school education at North Carroll High School from 2001 to 2005, earning a Diploma in General Studies.
