Gianna Fiduccia is an undergraduate studying Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a projected graduation in 2025. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the course CHBE 3300: Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis, Gianna also contributes as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, focusing on the design and testing of mRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles for microneedle patch delivery, alongside a PhD candidate. Previous experience includes internships at Merck, where Gianna led a project on nucleic acid interactions with virus-like particles, and at Moderna, where optimization of lipid nanoparticle processes was a primary focus. Gianna's achievements include several presentations at prestigious conferences and receipt of the President’s Undergraduate Research Award and a 2nd Place Poster award at the AIChE 2024 Southern Regional Conference.
