Jill's professional journey began in 1993 when they served as a Sr. HR Administrator at Harris Corporation. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise and knowledge in various aspects of human resources, particularly in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR consulting.
Jill Updike holds a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. Jill also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
