Tonya Vidal Kinlow

Tonya Vidal Kinlow has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in government affairs and community engagement. Tonya is currently serving as the Vice President of Community Engagement, Advocacy, and Government Affairs at Children's National Hospital since 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Government Affairs at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from 2008 to 2014. Tonya also worked as an Ombudsperson for Public Education at DC Government in 2007 and as the Vice President of Government Relations at District of Columbia Hospital Association from 2005 to 2007. Tonya started their career as a Government Relations Manager at Kaiser Permanente from 1998 to 2005.

Tonya Vidal Kinlow holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from American University. Tonya also completed their undergraduate studies at Loyola University New Orleans, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
