Glenda Providence

Glenda Providence has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Integrated Client & Community Care at VHA Home HealthCare since September 2009. In this role, Glenda provides change leadership and strategic oversight for quality improvement initiatives and integrated service delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director and Regional Manager for Client Services, where Glenda shaped new service models, managed multidisciplinary teams, and ensured contractual performance standards. Earlier in Glenda's career, roles included Independent Consultant at Disability Management & Corporate Services, Manager of Occupational Therapy Services at ACTIVE Health Management, and contributions to the Serious Injury Program at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Glenda holds a Master's degree in Public Policy, Administration & Law from York University and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University.
