Patty Small

VP, Immigration Services at The Children's Village

Patty Small is the VP of Immigration Services at The Children's Village. Patty has dedicated their career to helping others, particularly those who are underserved and vulnerable. Patty has over 20 years of experience working in the social services field, with a focus on mental health and behavioral health.

Patty began their career as a Director at Fordham-Tremont Community Mental Health Center. Patty then went on to become the Director of Social Services at Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. In 2013, they became the Director of Behavioral Health at St Barnabas Hospital/Fordham-Tremont Community Mental Health Center, where they worked until 2016.

In 2007, Patty joined Community Access as their Director. Patty served in this role for three years before joining The Children's Village in 2010. Patty has been with The Children's Village for over 10 years and has held various positions within the organization. In their current role as VP of Immigration Services, Patty oversees all aspects of immigration services for the organization.
