Cynthia Barrientos has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Cynthia began their career as a Class Aide at Arc of Westchester, where they assisted teachers, provided support for autistic children, and promoted positive behavior.

Cynthia then moved on to American Housewares mgf. Corp., where they served as an Office Administrator and Sales representative. Cynthia'smost recent role at The Children's Village was as an HRIS/Benefits Manager, where they liaised with vendors and stakeholders to implement the HRIS/HCM system and maintained updated employee data. Cynthia also assisted employees in enrolling in various benefit programs.

Throughout their career, Cynthia has showcased their strong organizational and communication skills, as well as their ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage HR processes effectively.

Cynthia Barrientos obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Westchester Community College, where they studied from 2006 until 2009.
