Foster Care at The Children's Village

Lawrence Arnold began their work experience in 2019 as a Student Intern at the Center For Hope, where they worked alongside troubled youth. In 2020, they became a Behavior Specialist at EPRINE Community Services Inc, working with clients on behavioral issues and providing tools for their community. In 2021, they joined Graham Windham as a Case Planner, assisting children in finding suitable living environments and providing support to parents. Lawrence then joined The Children's Village in 2022 as a Foster Care worker. Additionally, Lawrence served as a Mentor at the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation from 2016 to 2021, helping a young individual realize their potential. During their college years, Lawrence worked as an Ambassador for their college from 2018 to 2020 and also held a Cashier Customer Service role at Mount Saint Mary College from 2017 to 2020.

Lawrence Arnold obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Mount Saint Mary College. Lawrence pursued their undergraduate education from 2016 to 2021.
