Mike Leatherbee

Mike Leatherbee is an Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation within the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Leatherbee has held various leadership roles, including President of El Colorado / Parques de Farellones, President of the Advisory Board for Start-Up Chile, and President of the Strategic Program Transforma Turismo Montaña Región Metropolitana. Leatherbee serves as an Innovation Council Member for the Chilean Economic Development Agency (CORFO) and has been the Academic Director for Innovation Management at DICTUC S.A. since June 2010. Leatherbee earned a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where the focus included Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. Additionally, Leatherbee co-founded Innovation Factory UC and has held positions such as Councilor for the Chile California Council and President of the Corporación de Desarrollo Andes Central until December 2022.
