Herman Soto has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club since December 2019. Prior to this role, Herman held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Director at the same establishment from December 2017 to August 2019. Herman's career also includes significant leadership roles such as F&B Assistant Director at Velas Resorts and various managerial positions at One&Only Resorts, including Restaurant Manager and Suite Service Manager, from December 2003 to September 2016. Early in the career, Herman gained experience in hospitality at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, and Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.
