Theo Egginton

Theo Egginton has had a diverse range of work experiences starting in 2010 as a Steward at Showsec. From 2012 to 2015, they were involved in music as a Songwriter, Drummer, Guitarist, Vocalist, and Co-Producer for the band Inherit the Stars. In 2013, they also worked as a Studio Manager at Yellow Arch Studios. In 2015, Theo joined Blue Star Camps as the Director of Music and DJ, where they developed and taught a comprehensive music program.

From 2016 to 2017, Theo worked as an Audio Technician at Eighth Day Sound Systems Inc, responsible for equipment maintenance for live shows. In 2017, they became the Label Manager and Head Producer at RBK Entertainment, where they developed the company's business plan and produced records for the label.

From 2017 to 2019, Theo worked at Yellow Arch Studios as a Producer, Production Manager, Event Manager, and Artist Development, responsible for planning and managing various events and overseeing gear maintenance. In 2019, they joined ELEV8 as a Commercial Executive.

Currently, starting in 2020, Theo is at Chillhop Music, where they have held multiple roles, including Marketing Manager, Head of Label, and currently, Head of Operations.

Theo Egginton earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Music from The University of Huddersfield, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
