Gabriel Michelan

Gabriel Michelan is a franchisee with significant experience in retail management and operations. Since December 2012, Gabriel has managed three stores for Chilli Beans, including Chilli Beans and Ótica Chilli Beans at Buriti Shopping and Ótica Chilli Beans at Boulevard Shopping. Since March 2022, Gabriel has also been overseeing the operation of a KINGS Sneakers Shop in Poços de Caldas. Prior experience includes a role as Post Production Supervisor at Gaivota Comércio de Veículos from December 2011 to November 2012, where responsibility encompassed the entire post-sale department, and as a Kitchen Porter at Herbstreet restaurant from February 2010 to November 2011, gaining valuable skills in kitchen operations.
