Mauro Labuto

Mauro Labuto is an experienced General Manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry, holding leadership roles at Chima Steakhouse from 2007 to 2013 and again from 2019 to the present, as well as at Brazilian Grill Restaurants from 2014 to 2019. Prior to these positions, Mauro was self-employed as a business owner and entrepreneur from 1996 to 1999 and worked as an Account Manager at Xerox between 1991 and 1995. Mauro's educational background includes studies at Concordia University-Wisconsin and Estácio.
