Alex Lutch is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in product legal counsel and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel at Chime since 2021, Alex has advanced through various roles focused on product legal matters. Prior experience includes leading privacy counsel at Facebook for products like Novi and Facebook Pay, and serving as Product/Regulatory Counsel at LendingClub. Alex's earlier career involved representing financial services clients at Buckley Sandler LLP and providing legal research during an internship at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Holding a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College, Alex combines legal expertise with strong educational credentials.
