Eric W. Shen

Eric Shen has extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving at Chime since October 2018 in various leadership roles, including People Program Management and Head of Strategic Operations. Eric is also a co-founder and co-lead of Chime's Asian Pacific Islander & South Asian Employee Resource Group. Prior to Chime, Eric held senior positions at Gusto and Zenefits, where responsibilities included senior management in operations and implementation. Eric’s career began at ZS Associates, following a consulting role at Eric Shen Consulting and a position in corporate products at Safe Shepherd. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
