Jess Shapiro

Jess Shapiro has a strong background in operations and project management. Jess is currently the Head of System Optimizations at Chime. Previously, they worked at Marlette Funding as the Director II of Operations Platform Management. Jess'sresponsibilities included creating a team to manage third-party vendors and platforms. Before that, they worked at Comcast as the Manager of New Product Introduction at Xfinity Mobile, where they successfully deployed new capabilities and led the team through various launches. Jess also has experience as a Salesforce Project Manager at TargetX, Associate Director at The University of Toledo, Associate Director at Miami University, and Manager at Altius Education, Inc. Jess Shapiro attended Sylvania Northview High School but did not receive a degree. Later, they pursued an A.A. in Sports and Exercise Studies from Columbus State Community College. Following that, Jess earned a B.A. in Sports Management from Otterbein University. Jess's education history concludes with an M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.
