Sarah Jackett

Sarah Jackett has extensive work experience in technical program management and leadership roles. Sarah is currently working at Chime as the Senior Director of Product & Technical Development Operations. Prior to joining Chime, they served as the Head of Technical Program Management, Cloud Platform & Enterprise at Atlassian. Sarah has also held positions at DigitalOcean as the Director of Technical Program Management & Technology Operations and at Groupon as the Director of Technical Program Management.

Before transitioning to the technology industry, Sarah worked as a French Teacher at various educational institutions. Sarah also worked as a Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in managing global, cross-functional projects and leading teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Sarah Jackett attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 2000 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Sarah then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2001 to 2003 without completing a degree or specifying a field of study. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Education certification from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in October 2022.
