Vidhi Sadrani

Vidhi Sadrani is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Chime since October 2024, Vidhi previously held multiple roles at Shippo, including Software Engineering Manager for both Platform and WebApp teams, where efforts led to increased scalability and innovative enterprise solutions. Prior to Shippo, Vidhi worked at Meta as a Software Engineering Manager, launching scalable customer support services, and at Kustomer, focusing on enhancing end-user experiences in real-time chat systems. Vidhi's earlier roles included Director of Engineering at Jetson, where machine learning and AI were leveraged for voice commerce, and a Senior Software Engineer at Omnicom Health Group. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from CHARUSAT.
