Yixin C.

Bill C. has a diverse work experience in both the finance and academic fields. Yixin (Bill) currently holds the position of Chief Data Officer, Head of Finance Technology, and Managing Director at China Asset Management Co., Ltd. In this role, they lead a team of over 200 members and is responsible for developing cutting-edge technology for various business groups within the company, as well as leading the company's digital transformation and implementing strategies for quantitative investment and sales. Prior to this, they also served as Chief Data Officer and Managing Director at the same company, where they spearheaded data-driven innovations and managed three business areas: enterprise-level data platforms, quantitative investment, and quantitative sales. Before joining China Asset Management Co., Ltd., Bill C. worked at Washington University in St. Louis, where they held various teaching positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor.

Yixin (Bill) C. completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2005. Yixin (Bill) also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999.
