Xu Huibin

Mr. Xu served as Chief Wholesale Officer of the Bank since March 2011. He acted as President in Henan Branch of China Construction Bank from May 2006 to March 2011; as Deputy Chief of Personal Banking Committee, General Manager of Personal Financial Department and member of the Party Committee of China Construction Bank from June 2005 to May 2006; as Deputy Chief of Personal Banking Committee and General Manager of Personal Banking Department of China Construction Bank from October 2004 to June 2005; as General Manager of Personal Banking Department of China Construction Bank from February 2003 to October 2004; and as General Manager of Operation Department of China Construction Bank from September 2001 to February 2003. Mr. Xu is a senior economist and the winner of the state council special allowance, out-standing contribution award of China Construction Bank and May 1 Labor Medal of Henan province. He was graduated from the Liaoning Finance and Trade College with the bachelor’s degree of capital construction and credit in July 1983.
