Johnny Wong is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Acclime and LehmanBrown International Accountants, as well as the Sole Proprietor of Jovial Wings CPA Company, Johnny has also held multiple Company Secretary roles in various organizations, including Ascentage Pharma and China Meidong Auto Holdings Limited. Previous experience includes a Finance Manager position at The Taubman Company and a managerial role at Ernst & Young Hua Ming. Johnny holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
