Rachel Leung

Rachel Leung is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at China Mobile Hong Kong since December 2018. In this role, Rachel acts as a HR Business Partner, providing guidance on various staff-related issues while supervising junior teammates.
