Avijit Chatterjee

Avijit Chatterjee has extensive work experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer. Avijit began their career in 2005 at SKM consultancy Pvt ltd, where they worked as a Civil Structural Engineer until 2009. Chatterjee then joined Bechtel as an Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Avijit later worked at Samsung Engineering as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer from 2011 to 2014, where they were involved in various projects and had additional responsibilities in engineering coordination with steel fabricator and precast vendors. From 2014 to 2017, Chatterjee worked at Kentz - Member of the SNC Lavalin Group as a Civil Structural Engineer, primarily developing complex design spreadsheets and standard drawings for projects under clients such as EXXON Mobil and Shell. Avijit then moved to China Petroleum and served as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they gained experience in civil and structural design. Since 2020, Chatterjee has been working at RobtStone (ME) LLC as a Lead Civil Structural Engineer, specializing in various Oil and Gas projects for ADNOC. Avijit'sresponsibilities include civil and structural design, technical document reviewing, coordination, and providing onsite construction support. Chatterjee will also be joining China Petroleum as a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer in 2022.

Avijit Chatterjee holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. Avijit is also an Associate Member and Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata.
