Elangovan Subbiah

Elangovan Subbiah is an accomplished civil quality engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as the Lead Civil Quality Engineer at China Oil Hbp Science & Technology Co., Ltd since July 2019, Elangovan has previously held positions at Gulf Petrochemical Services & Trading LLC, where responsibilities included quality control and senior civil engineering roles from April 2015 to June 2019. Notable project involvement includes overseeing a 36” pipeline project and various civil inspections. Elangovan started the career as a QC Inspector at SAMBO E & C in 2014 and earlier as a civil QC inspector from 2011 to 2013. Elangovan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, earned from 2009 to 2015.
