Fengguo Niu

Fengguo Niu is a highly experienced project manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at China Oil Hbp Science&Technology Co., Ltd since October 2019 and O&M Project Manager at UNI since October 2017, Fengguo oversees operations and maintenance services for the DPOC 3/7 oil block. Prior experience includes a role as Process and Pipeline Commissioning Engineer at Chevron, where responsibilities encompassed various testing and commissioning activities, and as Process Engineer at ConocoPhillips. Fengguo holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Southwest Petroleum University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
