Li-Fu Chen

Li-fu Chen is an expert in the legal field with more than 20 years of professional experience in the US and Asia-Pacific, where he has worked extensively with law firms, investment banks and publicly listed companies. Before joining China Rapid Finance, Mr. Chen worked as Senior Vice President at Acorn International Inc. (NYSE:ATV) for over ten years. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Chen worked as an attorney at Arnall Golden & Gregory, Sullivan & Cromwel in the United States and then at Lee and Li in Taiwan. Mr. Chen also worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and a legal consultant at Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SGX：T48、ASX: SGT). Mr. Chen received his Juris Doctor Degree from Boston University, Master of Law Degree from University of the Pacific, and Bachelor of Law Degree from National Taiwan University.
