Pik Kam So, MBA, PHR-ca, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Chinese-American Planning Council since May 2022, overseeing HR operations for the largest Asian community-based organization in the U.S. Previous roles include HR Manager at TMI Trading Corp, where responsibilities included payroll and safety functions, and consultant at Imageon Consulting, Inc., providing advisory services to multi-state clients. Additional experience encompasses HR management at Federal Standard Abstract and a comprehensive HR and office management role at Martha Graham Center of Contemporary Dance, Inc. Pik Kam So holds an MBA in Arts Administration from Binghamton University/SUNY and various HR certifications from Cornell University, alongside a BA in Architectural Studies from The University of Hong Kong.
