Sin Yen Ling

Sin Yen Ling is an experienced legal and communications professional with a diverse background in immigration law and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Chinese for Affirmative Action since February 2022, Sin Yen Ling previously held the position of Director of the Immigration Project at Volunteers of Legal Service from June 2019 to January 2022. Prior roles include Supervising Attorney for the Immigration Unit at Queens Defenders and Senior Staff Attorney at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus. Sin Yen Ling began a legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund. Sin Yen Ling earned a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and a B.A. in English and American Literature and Politics from New York University.
