Emanuela Gagliani Caputo

Emanuela Gagliani Caputo serves as a Senior Associate in Financial Regulation at Chiomenti since November 2020, having previously held the position of Associate in the same field. Emanuela has extensive teaching experience as a lecturer in financial market law within the full-time Master's program in Law and Business at 24 Ore Business School ed Eventi since April 2015. From April 2016 to November 2020, Emanuela worked as an Associate at Galante e Associati Studio Legale, focusing on financial market law, collective investment management, banking law, corporate law, and capital markets. A part-time secondment to BNP Paribas Asset Management from November 2017 to August 2018 provided further exposure to investment management legal issues. Emanuela's prior experience includes roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and various legal positions involving public procurement and corporate law. Emanuela holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and has achieved multiple degrees in legal studies with honors from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
