Vuthea UM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their most recent role at Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation, Vuthea served as the Head of Logistics and was responsible for managing the company's logistics operations. They also took on an additional role as the Public & Government Relations Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with the government and handled sustainable development and community relations.

Prior to that, Vuthea held the position of Business Planning & Coordination Manager at the same company. In this role, they were part of the leadership team and had responsibilities that included annual business planning and budgeting.

Before joining Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation, Vuthea worked at CIA FIRST International School as an Administration Manager, overseeing various administrative functions and managing a team of direct reports. They previously held the position of Deputy Administration Manager at the same school.

Vuthea's earlier work experience includes roles such as an Administrative Officer at Chip Mong Group Co., Ltd, a Teacher of English (Part-time) at Asean International School, an Assistant to the Managing Director and Translator/Interpreter at FL Translation Service Co., Ltd, and a Project Assistant at Lotus Pond Co., Ltd.

Vuthea UM completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, General from the University of Cambodia, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Vuthea UM earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Cambodia, from 2008 to 2013. Furthermore, Vuthea UM obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Puthisastra, from 2008 to 2012. In addition to these educational accomplishments, Vuthea UM also obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in April 2022.
