Eric Zambrano

Eric Zambrano's work experience includes a role as Director of Store Design at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Architecture & Engineering at WD Partners from March 2015 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all phases of development for Starbucks' new store construction documents. Before that, Eric worked as a Sr. Store Design Manager at Guess?, Inc from October 2006 to March 2015, where they managed the design and rollout of new and remodeled G by Guess/Factory concept stores. Eric also worked at SoCalGas as an Energy Analyst from April 2005 to October 2006, focusing on residential plan reviews and energy efficiency strategies.

Eric Zambrano attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Professional - B.Arch degree in Architecture.
