Jose Galan

Jose Galan has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Field Leader for South Texas at Chipotle Mexican Grill since April 2015. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Restaurant Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse from June 2010 to April 2015. Jose began as Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel from January 2007 to June 2010 and previously worked as Area Manager at Boston Market from February 1995 to January 2007.
