Adegboyega Oluwashina Oni has held various customer service and operations roles throughout their work experience. Adegboyega Oluwashina started their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Executive at Zenith Bank Plc, where they worked until 2016. Adegboyega Oluwashina then joined Mall for Africa as a Customer Service Representative from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Hugo for a few months before transitioning to Chipper Cash, where they have held roles as a Senior Customer Operations Analyst and currently as a Customer Communications and Knowledge Lead.
Adegboyega Oluwashina Oni obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Bowen University Iwo, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Adegboyega Oluwashina also holds a certification in "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" from Intercom, which was obtained in 2024.
