Rebecca Linton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca started their career at LV Connections as a subcontractor, where they worked as a Research and Reporting sub-contractor from October 2001 to February 2006.
Rebecca then joined I4vegas as a Customer Service Specialist, where they assisted customers with hotel bookings and resolved customer service issues. Rebecca also played a role in onboarding and supervising new agents. Their tenure at I4vegas lasted from January 2002 to November 2008.
From 2011 to 2017, Rebecca worked at TripAdvisor in various roles. Rebecca started as a Global Sales Agent and later became a Supplier Support Agent. In both roles, they provided support to global suppliers, assisting with onboarding, quality assurance, content writing, and troubleshooting.
In 2017, Rebecca joined One Degree World Systems, Inc as the Director of Operations. Rebecca established a customer service team, developed processes for high-touch customer service, and provided training and oversight to ensure performance goals were met. Rebecca held this position until September 2018.
Rebecca then moved to Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc, where they worked in customer success roles. As a Customer Success Manager at ChiroTouch from April 2019 to October 2019, they managed a team of software and technical support agents. Later, they became an Integration Program Manager for RevolutionEHR from October 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they managed post-acquisition customer success programs and process improvement.
Currently, Rebecca is the Sr. Customer Success Manager at ChiroTouch, where they oversee daily operations and supports teams across multiple channels. Rebecca has spearheaded changes to improve onboarding and training of new software support agents, implemented auditing evaluations for quality assurance, and streamlined processes for efficiency and quality.
Rebecca Linton completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Arts Administration and Management at the United States International University, which they attained between 1987 and 1990.
