Nikhil Chitale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Chitale Group since November 2019, specializing in milk and milk products. In January 2024, Nikhil became a Creator at BONCO, focused on establishing a premier chocolate brand dedicated to sustainability and exceptional quality. Previously, Nikhil worked as a Production Operations Specialist at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, manufacturing luxury chocolate, and as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Cuisine Solutions. Early career roles included a part-time position at Sodexo and a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Binghamton University, where Nikhil engaged in innovative food technology.
